Many items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (catheters, ostomy supplies, opened wound care, used CPAP supplies, etc.) cannot be returned. Defective items will be replaced at no cost.
