Frequently asked

Common questions about urological supplies

Are catheters covered by Medicare?

Yes. Medicare covers intermittent catheters (up to 200 per month for self-cath patients with a permanent condition), Foley catheters, and external catheters with proper documentation.

Will my packages have my name and product on them?

No. All urological orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with only your address and a return label.

Is a vacuum erection device covered?

VEDs are covered by Medicare Part B and most major insurance with a urologist's prescription. We coordinate prior authorization.
